General – Scalebench.com and all subsidiaries and affiliates, collective known as "Scalebench" allow you to use this web site and its services under the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. By accessing or using this web site and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Usage – All technology and content is owned by Scalebench and/or its advertisers or other content providers, and copying, transmitting or redistributing this content is restricted to banners, buttons, links and advertising rhetoric to expressly promote your membership within Scalebench.com. All other copying, transmitting, redistributing, publishing, selling, mirroring or displaying for direct gain or otherwise is prohibited without Scalebench's express written permission. Infringement – Any copyright, trademark or intellectual property disputes should be referred to us on our contact page and should include the description of the copyrighted work, a description and location of the infringing work, contact information, and a signed physical or electronic signature that under good faith belief and under penalty of perjury that the information within this notification is true and accurate.
Privacy and Data Collection – Scalebench does not collect personally identifying information from its users unless explicitly given by users for the purposes of service usage. You agree that any information collected is considered non-confidential, and Scalebench will not be held liable or responsible if any information collected is intercepted and/or used by an unintended third party. Scalebench may share this information only with partner companies.
Site Access – Scalebench reserves the right to modify, delete or extend any part of the services, and content within. Scalebench may without prior notice, revoke membership and/or deny access to any/all services and site access at Scalebench's sole discretion, regarding violation of this agreement, infringement on Scalebench or 3rd parties, and any other inappropriate behavior.
Governing law, Venue; Waiver of trial by jury.
This agreement shall be deemed entered into in the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree that the laws and judicial decisions of Toronto, Ontario, shall be used to determine the validity, construction, interpretation and legal effect of this Agreement. You agree that any action relating to or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
You agree to waive the right to trial by jury in any proceeding that takes place relating to or arising out of this Agreement.
Amendment – Scalebench may amend this agreement at any time and all amended terms are effective within 15 days of posting to the web site. At no time may this agreement be amended in any other forum except in a written agreement between a user and Scalebench.
